Experienced, high energy, detail-oriented, independent, and self-confident representative who solicits fabricators, contractors, cabinet installers/ wholesalers, and retailers throughout an assigned territory.
Principal Functional Responsibilities:
- Build and leverage business relationships to improve sales and market share.
- Educate customers on product offerings and secure programs that generate mutually beneficial and profitable business opportunities.
- Solicit new business and grow as well as maintain existing accounts.
- Provide regular communications to operations and managements to enhance business opportunities.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing the sales activities of the company to achieve expected goals and objectives. The ideal candidate should have prior success selling high ticket construction related materials to top executives and project owners of large corporations, distributors, hotels, or property management, in a competitive market. The Sales Assistant is required to have prior successful experience working in the Stone industry.
Main job responsibilities
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding defined sales goals monthly, through successful growth management of new customer accounts.
- Establishes both geographical market area and target customers to achieve sales and revenue goals for the company.
- Responsible for the development of new sales accounts to support revenue objectives and all customer support functions related to their accounts for the business.

The ideal candidate should have prior success selling high ticket construction related materials to fabricators, contractors, cabinet distributors, hospitality contractors, and property managers in a competitive market. The Sales Representative is preferred to have prior successful sales experience working in the Stone industry.
Main job responsibilities
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals through the implementation of daily and weekly sales tasks.
- Organize and facilitate sales visits within an established territory to access customer needs and develop product solutions that exceed the customer’s expectations.
- Work with sales management on targeted customer accounts to achieve sales and revenue goals for the company.
- Attend and participate in all industry marketing events, access new leads, and convert them into new sales opportunities.
- Develop relations with multifamily project customers, educate them on BCS competitive products, quote projects, close contracts, and manage the project to completion.
- Manage new and existing accounts on all levels including credit and collections.
- Communicate all opportunities on a required sales reporting system and work with management to insure BCS maximizes its potential.
- Develop cost effective proactive solutions and communicate them to customers when problems arise.
